How much does Kigali Art Tour cost?
Art Discovery is $69 for up to two hours, Curated Art Afternoon is $129 for up to 3.5 hours, and Private Art Experience is $249 for up to five hours. Each base price covers one or two guests. Each additional guest is $15, $25 or $35 respectively, up to four guests in total. Any separately requested activities are quoted before confirmation.
Are the prices per person?
No. The published base price is per private tour for up to two guests. One guest can book at the same base price.
Is private transportation really included?
Yes. All three tours include a private car, local guide, and pickup and drop-off from eligible Kigali locations. We confirm your pickup address and service area when reviewing the request.
Where will you pick us up?
Share your hotel, apartment or another preferred Kigali location. We will confirm whether it falls inside the included pickup area and whether the route fits your tour duration before booking.
Can three or four people come?
Yes, up to four guests in total, subject to vehicle suitability and availability. Each guest beyond the first two is $15 on Art Discovery, $25 on Curated Art Afternoon and $35 on Private Art Experience.
Can we pick which galleries to visit?
On Art Discovery, your guide selects a practical route to nearby venues. Curated Art Afternoon allows more influence based on your interests. Private Art Experience gives you the most flexibility, within the five-hour total limit and venue availability.
Will we meet artists?
You may encounter artists during public visits, but a particular meeting is not included unless separately arranged and confirmed. We will never promise a private meeting without an agreement.
Are admission fees or workshops included?
The tour price includes private transport, local guide and route planning. Artwork, food, paid events, classes, workshops and other third-party charges are separate unless clearly confirmed in advance.
What if a gallery is closed?
We review the itinerary against the requested date and current venue information. When necessary, we'll propose another suitable stop or discuss a different plan before confirming the tour.
When do the tours take place?
Afternoons, with a specific pickup and finish time agreed during confirmation. The maximum total duration depends on your package and includes travel.
Is the $249 tour unlimited?
No. It offers a flexible pace at each stop, but the overall experience is capped at five hours.
Do I need to know anything about art?
Not at all. Come curious. You can look, ask questions and discover what you enjoy without buying anything.
Do I pay when I send the form?
No. Sending a tour request is free and does not confirm a booking. We review the date, location, guest count and route, then explain confirmation and payment arrangements.
How will you contact me?
We follow up manually using the WhatsApp number or email you provide. We will not ask you to create an account to send an inquiry.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Cancellation and refund terms will be shared before accepting any payment. Do not assume a specific policy until those terms are agreed and published.
Can we book at the last minute?
You can inquire for an upcoming afternoon, including a short-notice date. Availability is never guaranteed until confirmed.
